MUSHROOM BARLEY SOUP

Mushroom Barley soup is a traditionally Jewish soup that comes from the Pale of Settlement (Eastern Europe - from Germany, Poland, Hungary and Russia). Parsnips are used occasionally - but always in mine for some added sweetness.

It is thick with pearl barley and lots of mushrooms - in fact 5 different kinds of mushrooms.

I think you will love it as much as my tasting team did!
